Part 1: Listening Comprehension = 40pts

• In this section you will hear 10 short passages in Spanish, in which you will connect vocabulary words with visual images.

 

Part 2: Reading Comprehension= 30pts

• You will be given 10 advertisements in Spanish. You will have to analyze the images and identify key details and facts to answer the questions that follow.

 

Part 3: Grammar Checkpoint = 15pts

• In this section you must complete a conjugation chart using regular and irregular verbs in the present tense.

 

Part 4: Writing (Letter) = 15pts

• You must choose one task from the three provided. Your composition must be written entirely in Spanish with a MINIMUM of 50 words.

 

This exam will count double - 200 points towards the semester grade.
